Warien Rose Academy is a Leadership Academy with a vision to challenge existing biases and bridge the gender gap prevalent in various industries.

The Why?

Women in Governance, Politics, Business, Not for Profit and other sectors of the Society face difficulties in getting and retaining leadership positions due to the deeply rooted belief that leadership qualities are traditionally associated with assertiveness, competitiveness, and dominance which tends to disadvantage women, who are often expected to embody more nurturing and collaborative characteristics.
Our Needs analysis has also shown a gender knowledge gap in capacity; lack of knowledge of relevant laws and women’s rights, operating in a toxic environment, emotional intelligence to mention a few.

The How:

Warien Rose Academy will provide the necessary skills to ‘get into leadership, excel in leadership and stay in leadership’ through our TMCprograms (Train Mentor Coach).

To achieve this we have developed 7 discreet programs after several consultations with the Women and Men we work with across various Sectors.

Our Flagship Program

“Women Leaders Executive MBA program” for Women Leaders who are getting ready for top roles in Leadership, Politics, Business and at all levels of the Society

A pioneering, transformative hands-on professional Executive MBA program that fosters diversity, equity, and inclusivity, empowering Women with the skills and insights needed to excel in today’s Corporate World; Leadership, Politics and Business

Our aim is to empower and inspire women to become confident and capable leaders in their professional and personal lives.

Our curriculum is a hands on methodology with our Faculty of Experts in various Fields that also meet our unusual ‘learn by doing’ standard.

We have core courses and elective courses to help Women choose a career path of Leadership, Politics or Business

Once we have successfully implemented our first program, we will replicate the process and the curriculum will be tailor made to suit each program. We are not a conventional Academy!

We will be looking to scale up and expand in the shortest possible time as we already have expressions of interest from top government officials, industry leaders, political leaders, not for profit sector, the underserved in the communities, mostly the artisans and more recently individuals from cross sectors across Countries are expressing interest in being a part of this phenomenal movement

Our NGO Humanitarian MBA program is a specialized professional education program that combines a traditional and a hands on MBA curriculum with a focus on humanitarian aid and development, equipping students with the skills and knowledge needed to lead and manage nonprofit organizations in the global humanitarian sector for global social impact. They are encouraged to go ‘glocal’ for effective impact.

Domestic Violence Humanitarian MBA program

Anticorruption Humanitarian MBA program
