Introduction

WARIEN ROSE ACADEMY (WRA) stands as a global leader in professional and executive education. This Policy and Conduct Manual serves as a formal statement of the Academy’s standards, expectations, and commitments.

It is not merely a set of rules—it is a reflection of our institutional character and our unwavering pursuit of academic and ethical distinction.

Attendance Policy and Participation

  • Minimum Attendance Requirement: 80% attendance across all lectures, workshops, masterclasses, and academic engagements.
  • Regular attendance is mandatory.
  • Unexcused or recurrent absences without formal notification may result in academic penalties or disciplinary action.
  • Students are required to notify the administration in advance for any anticipated absences.
    Professional engagement begins with professional presence.

Academic and Professional Conduct

Classroom Etiquette

WRA fosters a collegial, respectful, and intellectually stimulating learning environment. Students are expected to:

  • Maintain professional decorum at all times.
  • Refrain from disruptive behavior or inappropriate demands.
  • Observe a no-recording policy: Video, audio recording, and photography are strictly prohibited without prior written approval.
  • Treat all class discussions, case studies, and materials as strictly confidential.

 

Assignment and Evaluation Standards

  • All academic work must be submitted on time, in the prescribed format.
  • Persistent late submissions will attract academic penalties.
  • Plagiarism, data manipulation, and academic dishonesty are grounds for disciplinary action and potential expulsion.
  • Integrity is non-negotiable in leadership.

Interactive Learning Culture

Students are expected to:

  • Engage fully in all interactive sessions, group work, and simulations.
  • Demonstrate respect for diverse perspectives and constructive discourse.
  • Contribute meaningfully to collective learning outcomes.

Leadership is built through dialogue, not monologue.

Professional Dress Code

WRA upholds a professional and modest dress standard to reflect the seriousness of our programs and the executive nature of our community.

  • The Academy reserves the right to determine acceptable attire and may issue warnings for non-compliance.

Your appearance speaks before you do.

Ethical Framework and Conduct

WRA students must exemplify the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism, both within and beyond the Academy.
Prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to:

  • Dishonesty, deception, or unethical manipulation.
  • Inappropriate personal demands or requests among peers.
  • Bullying, harassment (verbal, emotional, physical), or exclusionary behavior.
  • Condescending, abusive, or unprofessional behavior.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Respecting the privacy, boundaries, and consent of others is foundational to the WRA experience.

  • Students must not share personal or confidential information about others without explicit consent.
  • Financial solicitation, coercive behavior, or exploitation of peer relationships is strictly prohibited.

Trust is the currency of leadership.

Zero Tolerance Policy

WRA enforces a Zero Tolerance Policy for any behavior that compromises the values of respect, professionalism, and integrity.
Strictly Prohibited Conduct Includes:

  • Bullying, harassment, or intimidation
  • Sexual harassment or inappropriate advances
  • Verbal abuse or disrespect toward:
  • Students
  • Faculty
  • Administration
  • WRA Board Members and Leadership Committees (SAB, ADC, Advisory Board)
  • Walking out during disciplinary or academic proceedings
  • Insubordination or refusal to engage with due process

Respect is the foundation. Disrespect has no place at WRA.

Specific Clause: Respect Toward Leadership and Administration

Any form of verbal abuse, mockery, threatening language, or disrespectful behavior toward members of the Student Affairs Board (SAB), Academic Head, Advisory Committees, or the WRA Board will trigger immediate and non-negotiable consequences.

Disciplinary Measures:

  • First Offense:
  • Formal written warning
  • Mandatory written apology to the affected leader(s)
  • Second Offense:
  • Two-week academic and extracurricular suspension
  • Severe or Repeated Offenses:
  • Immediate dismissal from the Academy
  • No refund of tuition or fees

All cases will be adjudicated by the Academic Disciplinary Committee (ADC), with final approval by the WRA Board.

 Responsible Use of Technology

  • Students are expected to use digital tools ethically, respectfully, and constructively.
  • Disruption of the learning environment via technology, including misuse of devices or unauthorized activities, is strictly prohibited.

Grievance and Appeals Process

WRA promotes a culture of open communication and fairness.

  • All grievances must be submitted formally in writing to the WRA Administration.
  • Each case will be independently and fairly reviewed, and students will be notified of outcomes within a reasonable timeframe.

Academic Integrity

Academic dishonesty is antithetical to the values of WRA.

  • Plagiarism, fabrication, collusion, and other violations will not be tolerated.
  • All work must be original, with proper citations and acknowledgment of sources.

Program Accreditation and Professional Standards

The Women Leaders Executive MBA is a custom-designed, professional leadership program, internationally accredited by the Roxbourg Institute of Social Entrepreneurship (RISE), Switzerland.

WARIEN ROSE ACADEMY (WRA) is officially authorized to deliver this and other professional MBA programs developed and accredited by RISE.

This partnership underscores WRA’s commitment to delivering globally recognized, practice-driven education that empowers leaders in real-world contexts.

Key Standards and Expectations:

  • The Executive MBA and related programs are structured for mid- to senior-level professionals seeking transformative leadership development—not traditional academic study.
  • All participants are required to fulfill program requirements, demonstrate competency through assessments, and complete all coursework within the designated timeline.
  • Certification and graduation are contingent upon full participation, adherence to the Academy’s professional standards, and successful completion of all modules.

 Acknowledgement of Policy

By enrolling at Warien Rose Academy, students formally acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Policy Manual and all related codes of conduct.
Leadership is not claimed. It is earned—through character, consistency, and contribution.

Policy Review and Revision

This manual will be reviewed annually by the Academic and Governance Boards to reflect institutional advancements, global best practices, and evolving regulatory requirements.
