Long-term goal: To build a global academy that empowers women to reach their full potential, driving transformative change and cultivating a network of visionary leaders.
Short-term goals: Operationalize the customized Women Leaders Executive MBA powered by Roxbourg using the Train Mentor Coach approach, featuring Leadership Development, Business Acumen, and Politics and Policy. Selectively enroll 20 high-caliber students who align with the academy's values.
Implementation: Expert-led training, personalized mentoring and one-on-one coaching.
