Foreword

Where excellence is expected.

At Warien Rose Academy, we believe leadership is not a title, it is a standard of conduct, discipline and responsibility demonstrated consistently over time. WRA was established to develop a new generation of professionals who are not only knowledgeable but capable, ethical and effective in real-world environments. Our focus is not on theoretical learning but on applied competence, executive readiness and transformational leadership.

This Handbook reflects the values that define our identity: excellence, integrity, accountability, respect and professionalism. These are operational standards that guide every program, facilitator and participant within our ecosystem. We are proud of our partnership with the Roxbourg Institute of Social Entrepreneurship (RISE), Switzerland, which supports our commitment to global quality standards and professional certification frameworks where applicable.

Read this Handbook not as a list of restrictions, but as a framework for excellence. Welcome to Warien Rose Academy — where integrity is non-negotiable and leadership is earned.

1. Purpose of This Handbook

This Global Learner Handbook establishes the professional standards, participation requirements, code of conduct and behavioural expectations for all participants enrolled in programs offered by WRA. It applies to all learning environments, including online, hybrid and in-person delivery formats. This Handbook is intended to guide conduct and program participation. It does not constitute a legal contract; the legal relationship between participants and WRA is governed by the WRA Terms of Use and other applicable institutional policies.

2. Professional Training Framework

3. International Quality Partnership

Certain WRA programs operate under a professional licensing and quality framework provided by the Roxbourg Institute of Social Entrepreneurship (RISE), Switzerland, the Academy's official professional licensor for designated programs. Where applicable, participants must comply with both this WRA Global Learner Handbook and the applicable RISE Policies. RISE provides program quality assurance and certification framework oversight, while WRA remains responsible for program delivery, learner support and administration.
