Dr. Efe Anaughe, Esq.
Founder, President, Lead Strategist & Academic Head
Dr. Efe Anaughe provides the strategic direction and academic leadership that shape Warien Rose Academy's commitment to excellence, innovation and global impact.
She oversees institutional governance, programme quality, partnerships and the development of transformative learning experiences across all faculties, ensuring every initiative aligns with the Academy's mission of developing leaders, entrepreneurs and changemakers.

Jerry Blake (Jheri Blake)
Director, Warien Rose Faculty of Creative Leadership
A creative entrepreneur, broadcaster, humanitarian, musician, mentor and creative industry leader whose work spans music, media, live events, leadership development and social impact.
With extensive experience across songwriting, poetry, broadcasting, television production, cinematography, filmmaking, producing, public speaking and event hosting, he has built a reputation for using creativity as a catalyst for personal transformation, community development and positive social change. He is also a Cinematographer, Short Filmmaker and Producer, bringing visual storytelling, media production and creative direction expertise across multiple platforms.
In 2008, he founded the Jheri HAVI Foundation, a humanitarian initiative dedicated to supporting accident victims and healthcare institutions. He also established Street G, a pioneering gospel street movement that, for over a decade, provided a platform for emerging and established artists to showcase their talents while inspiring communities through music and creative expression.
As a recording artist and creative mentor, Jheri Blake leads the acclaimed acapella group The Pillaz and has released a number of inspirational works. His career includes broadcasting with NTA Channel 10, alongside engagements as a television presenter, producer, master of ceremonies and event host. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Empire Radio 018, a Lagos-based online radio station committed to promoting positive values, responsible citizenship and transformative storytelling through media.
He was appointed a Warien Rose Foundation Ambassador alongside Kiki Kamanu and Yinka Davies in recognition of his commitment to women's empowerment, gender equality and community development during the Foundation's International Women's Day celebrations in 2022.
As Director of the Warien Rose Faculty of Creative Leadership, he provides strategic leadership for programmes that equip artists, musicians, designers, content creators, cultural entrepreneurs and creative professionals with the leadership, entrepreneurial and innovation capabilities required to thrive in the global creative economy. He is happily married, a proud father, and a dedicated mentor to numerous young professionals, creatives and emerging leaders across Africa and beyond.
