Oladoyin Romeo

Oladoyin Romeo leads the Faculty of Leadership and Executive Education at Warien Rose Academy, with a focus on developing women leaders who are not only knowledgeable, but capable of executing with excellence.

Through LEAD360: The Women’s Leadership Execution Lab, she is building a practical, execution-focused leadership platform that equips women with systems for strategic thinking, goal execution, communication excellence, governance awareness, accountability, and performance management.

Her work is centered on helping emerging and established women leaders confidently lead teams, deliver results, and drive meaningful change in their organizations, businesses, communities, and public service.

The Faculty of Leadership and Executive Education exists to bridge the gap between leadership knowledge and leadership performance.

Through practical executive education, mentorship, accountability systems, and implementation-based learning, we help women move beyond understanding leadership concepts to becoming confident executors, strategic thinkers, and influential change agents.

Our flagship project, LEAD360: The Women’s Leadership Execution Lab, is built to empower emerging and established women leaders with the practical tools needed to lead teams, strengthen governance capacity, manage performance, and create lasting impact in organizations, businesses, communities, and public service.
